I'll have an actually decent update soon, maybe. Assuming I just don't post it to LJ and forget to CC it here, seeing as pretty much everybody who used to read this has quit using Xanga. Not that I've been updating the LJ much either.... | | |
| Ragnaros down to 3%. We'll get him next week.
My next-semester schedule looks like this:

units of substantially more awesome than this semester's 16 units. I
haven't been feeling really up to my usual self this semester, for
quite a few reasons, including that which I don't elaborate on here.
Eh, this too will pass. | | |
| It's Election Day. Go vote.

So I haven't updated in a while. There are a lot of things buzzing
around in my head, but I haven't been able to organize my thoughts
enough to write coherently about them. Instead, here are some nice
shiny bullet points!
- As
of Friday night, I've moved off-campus for the balance summer and am
now at "home". I think my stomach is going to explode from the sudden
influx of food. I'm not bored out of my mind yet, but that's likely to
start in the not-ultra-distant future. However....
- I've
been playing quite a lot of WoW, being now at level 36. It's a fun and
quite addicting game, what can I say. And it'll help keep me sane over
the next four weeks, which is also a good thing.
- My mom and
I went to the Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young concert today. It was
highly enjoyable. I do worry that people think that just going to a
concert will make a political difference, but if it encourages people
to actually go out and do something, then that's a good thing.
- I'm still getting paid by the Math Department to make the HMC Calculus Tutorials
in an actually decent format, which I'll be doing to some extent over
the next week and possibly during the fall semester. This may also mean
I have a job for next semester. Yay!
- If you're in Orange
County, you're highly encouraged to randomly stop by my house. It's the
kind of thing that amuses me. I also need to move stuff out of my car
so I can start actually using it to go places again.
- I've
recently realized that I haven't been out of Southern California since
January, which is the longest I've been in one "zone" of the U.S. for
about as long as I can remember. I need to find a random excuse to
drive across the Tehachapi Mountains, Colorado River, or similar.
Until next time.... | | |
